Thickened alpha material

Look for the thickness of a bee-hive-like cover of a speaker. Right speaker cover is raw - alpha only, left speaker cover is thickened. I didn't want to overdo it but now I think I could've give it some more thickness. It slows the rendering somewhat but its better than rendering such detailed geometry (I think - maybe I should check that out if I'm wrong).

Don't mind the speakers its a low poly cube with some extrusions and bevels.

I don't know if it would be better with volumetric materials in terms of render speed and mem usage but I still didn't get my hands on that build.
